Our Motherland develops under wise leadership of our highly esteemed President Great history is written by great events that influence development of country in all trends. They go down in history as turning point in social-economic life of country. One of those remarkable events in history of our country was the year in which our highly esteemed President was elected as the President of our Independent and Permanent Neutral country. That was the historical turning point which gave impetus to further development and bright future of our beloved Motherland. During the historical speech of our highly esteemed President he stated convincingly that the Motherland is the Motherland only with the people! The state is a state only with the people! These statements proved once again that there is harmony between people and state which is milestone of all progress.

«I have traces on my way to friend»

It is not without reason that we take these wonderful lines of Garajaoglan, a great Turkmen classic poet, who was born in our dear land, but lived in Turkey for his family, as the starting point for our political thinking. As the core of our conversation was related to the content of Turkmen-Turkish friendship and the political event that sparked the whole world - the Third Antalya Diplomacy Forum, these lines of the classic Turkmen poet were reflected as a very appropriate preface for our article. «Who has a friend, there is a degree» and «Who has a friend, he has a worship» proverbs were created by our people, having passed the test of time of centuries and government, finding and combing in the womb of the calculation table called life. The participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council) of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in the third Antalya Forum, became one of the most significant events in the history of Turkmen-Turkish relations. As wise sages say, a good word, a good prayer, a wonderful song, a poem, no matter where it originates in the world, spreads to the world. Judith Pastol, a well-known composer who creates beautiful music on Eastern and European lines and spreads it around the world, lives in Reading, England. Ancient farming culture of the Turkmen people

Turkmenistan is one of the countries with a unique national cultural heritage dating back thousands of years. It is known that the first settled farming in the history of mankind took place in the ancient lands of Damdamcheshme, Jebel, Uzboy, Was, Jeytun, Goksüyri, Altyndepe, Anev. The results of archaeological excavations conducted in the territory of Turkmenistan prove that it is one of the places where the ancient agricultural culture of the Motherland originated. Literary friendship is strengthened

Relations of friendship and brotherhood between the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States are constantly being strengthened. The contribution of cultural relations to the further strengthening of friendship between nations is particularly significant. This is clearly evidenced by the 3-part anthology book published in the Russian language by the Humanistic Publishing Association (Moscow) in the series «Modern Literature of CIS Countries». The 3-volume book of contemporary literature of the CIS countries consists of more than 1200 pages and includes the works of 11 countries and 94 authors. It contains samples of the main narrative works of the writers of the neighboring and fraternal nations, which have maintained their mutual relations for centuries.

Ensuring environmental safety is one of the main principles of Turkmenistan

During the Revival of the new Era of the Powerful State, great work is being done by our Hero Arkadag Serdar to improve the ecological condition of the country. Energy sector productivity is increasing

Large-scale projects are being implemented in the country under the leadership of our Hero Arkadag Serdar. Electricity transmission networks are laid in all parts of our country, substations are built, and the energy supply system of settlements is renewed. In this field, the government continues programmatic measures to train excellent specialists and build modern institutions and enterprises, and the opportunities to send them to foreign countries are expanded. On November 3, the President of Turkmenistan was on a business trip to Balkan Velayat. There, the Turkmen leader attended the laying of the foundation of a new electric power station — a 1,574 megawatt power plant in Turkmenbashi etrap. According to the noble tradition, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov gave his blessing to the state work, left a memorial inscription on the foundation of the new facility and launched the construction of the power station. In the new power plant, all production operations will be automated through a digital system and connected to the control centre. Peculiarities of Neutrality status of the states

Permanent neutrality is the international legal status that has undertaken not to participate in any wars that are occurring or may occur in the future, and to refrain from actions that could involve such a state in war. In this regard, permanently neutral states do not take part in military-political alliances, building trust and cooperation between states. The legal confirmation of this status is the conclusion by the interested states of an appropriate international treaty with the participation in it of a state endowed with the status of permanent neutrality. The validity of such an agreement is not determined by any period — it is concluded for the entire future. According to its obligations, a permanently neutral state must comply with the rules of neutrality in the event of a military conflict between any states.
