Torch of Cultural Heritage
The new book Hakyda göwheri by Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov about the diverse and rich historical and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people is the focus of attention of the general public of our country and foreign readers. It is some kind of continuation of not only the previous works of the Hero-Arkadag, but also the book of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov Anau – Culture Originated from the Millennia published in March this year. The National Leader presented the first copy of his new book to Arkadagly Hero Serdar. Speaking about its content, Arkadag noted it elaborates on the materials about the influence of the works of Magtymguly Pyragy on universal values, our glorious history and the contribution of our national culture to world civilisation. Our country, situated in the heart of the Great Silk Road, is experiencing historical transformations. Whatever era we considered, obviously, Turkmen culture had always been known all over the world for its unique heritage and had a huge influence on the history of humankind, the Hero-Arkadag emphasised.
