According to the established good tradition, the main festive events began with a solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the Independence Monument – a majestic architectural symbol that perpetuated in the memory of current and future generations a fateful historical event – the acquisition of sovereignty by our Motherland. The event was attended by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

On September 25, 2023, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the Governor of the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation Igor Babushkin. The head of one the largest region of Russia warmly congratulated the head of state on his birthday and national holiday - the 32nd anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan. As I. A working trip of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan to Arkadag city

Today, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan made a working trip to Arkadag city to get himself familiarized with projects of the objects planned to be constructed as well as the state of work at building sites. Besides it, Hero-Arkadag examined types of used building materials, took interest in methods of conducted work with a view of maintenance of appropriate level of the ecological environment of the new city. At present, thanks to initiatives and efforts of Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a start was given to construction of the industrial cluster of the new city - industrial complexes. All work is carried out at high rates. Efficiency and versatility of large-scale construction activities developed there reflect a harmonious development of Arkadag city.

On September 14, 2023, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia. Hero-Arkadag was awarded the Badge of Honour of the Heads of State of Central Asia

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who arrived in Dushanbe on a working visit at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, was awarded the Badge of Honor of the Heads of State of Central Asia. The award ceremony took place at the «Kasri Millat» Palace; the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon presented the award to the Hero-Arkadag to the applause of those gathered in a solemn atmosphere.

The President of Turkmenistan held a working meeting via a digital system

Today, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has held a working meeting via a digital system with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T. Atahallyev, who is in charge of the agro-industrial complex, and the khyakims of velayats to discuss issues related to development of the agricultural complex, as well as the progress of work in the regions of the country.
