How to Boost Your Child’s Immune System in Autumn

Children are most vulnerable to acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI); their immune system is developing rapidly and has to withstand not only infections, but also the stress that a growing human body undergoes in all periods of development, in particular, during periods of growth or when adapting to a team of peers. Usually, when treating ARVI, parents relieve the symptoms of the disease, and if these symptoms regularly occur, they “sigh and wait” for the child to “outgrow” childhood illnesses. However, the solution is simple – the child’s defence system, that is, child’s immunity needs to be improved. Only about 10 per cent of people have the strong immune system from birth; that of the rest depends on living conditions and lifestyle.

New Flora of Turkmenistan

Scientific methods for studying flora and vegetation began to be applied in the first half of the 19th century. By the end of the century before last, hundreds of famous scientists and naturalists from Russia and Europe visited Turkmenistan in order to search and study of outlandish desert plants and mountain xerophytes. It was during this period that hundreds of thousands of herbarium samples were collected, which served as type material for describing new plant species in the future. Seed and planting material was obtained and was successfully acclimatised, it still adorns the most famous botanical gardens in the world. A lot of research in the field of botany was carried out in the last century, when a number of research institutions were established, and in the current one - in the modern period of independence. Among the achievements is the scientifically confirmed growth within the country of 3,100 species of higher plants (these are ferns, horsetails, gymnosperms or conifers, and flowering plants). Studying the statistics of new species finds over time, it may seem that work in this area is less active than in the past: there is less and less unknown and unexplored. The day of turkmen alabay is widely celebrated in Turkmenistan

National celebrations in honour of Turkmen Alabay Day were widely celeb­rated in our country. The multi-day relay of events devoted to the famous dog breed included thematic exhibitions, conferences and creative competitions on the artistic display of the beauty of the Alabay dogs in works of fine, decorative and applied arts, musical performances and other cultural events. Thus, the Third Meeting of the Türkmen Alabaý Itleri International Association was held in the capital. Within its framework, new members were admitted to this organisation, and the best dog handlers in the country were awarded the honorary title “Türkmenistanyň at gazanan itşynasy”. On October 28, a scientific conference on current issues of the development of dog breeding was held at S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University.

Thanks to the national programmes of the socioeconomic development of Turkmenistan, the country has achieved significant results in its industrial advancement. The prosperous state has been created in accordance with the industrial policy pursued by the esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, economic reforms and measures taken to modernise, to technically and technologically re-equip and to stimulate the growth of all industries. The Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, held in Beijing, became an extremely topical and large-scale event. Best Experts in Mathematics

A solemn ceremony to honour the Turkmen students – the winners of Muhammad al-Khorezmi International Student Olympiad in Mathematics (2nd Al-Khorezmi International Mathematical Olympiad), which was held in Nukus, the capital of the Republic of Karakalpakstan of Uzbekistan, took place at the International University of Humanities and Development. The main aims of the Olympiad are to promote the enormous contribution of the great scientist to world science and civilisation at the international level, to support talented students, to engage them in fundamental and exact sciences and to expand international cooperation in research and science.
