On April 7, 1950, the World Health Organization (WHO) celebrated the first World Health Day to draw attention to specific health topics of concern to people all over the world. World Health Day is observed in our country that declared April as the Month of Health. Bicycle rides and carfree days are the major events held on April 7.  Many activities and competitions in chess, volleyball, football, basketball and many       other sports mark World Health Day in our country.

Health — is the most important thing in human life. People should keep themselves healthy. Health determines the quality of human life. Our age, appearance, beauty, psychology and motivation for life depend on our health. It is priceless. If you lose it, you will never get it back. Staying healthy is not an option, this isarule foralong and happy life. The fundamental laws of good health are linked to the food we eat, physical activity we engage in, personal hygiene, rest and relaxation. A healthy person is selfassured, gregarious and lively. A healthy person perceives things calmly and objectively. What can we do to stay healthy?
