Large-scale work is being done in Turkmenistan on the initiative of the national leader of our country to modernise the national education system and develop and raise university science to the level of developed states. Science and education are what the people accumulated for thousands of years and passed down from one generation to another; they are our invaluable heritage. Our esteemed President creates all opportunities for young generations to be well-educated, broadminded, spiritually rich and physically healthy. The Law on Education was adopted in the framework of large-scale state support. The intensive construction of children’s preschool establishments, secondary schools and higher educational institutions are carried out throughout the country. The latest information and communication technologies are introduced into the educational system to improve the quality and effectiveness of the teaching process. Schools and universities are equipped with modern computers and multimedia teaching tools.

Reading is the process of looking at a series of written symbols and getting meaning from them. When we read, we use our eyes to receive written symbols (letters, punctuation marks and spaces), and we use our brain to convert them into words, sentences and paragraphs that communicate something to us.
