An inseparable component of the national heritage

In the final days of 2021, which was held un-der the motto «Turkmenistan – the Home of Peace and Trust», at a joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and the State Security Council, the  Leader  of the Nation, having focused on the topic of the Turkmen alabay and its role in the life of Turkmens, noted that with the horses the ancestors connected their dreams and aspirations, and with alabay, which is an excellent   result   of   folk   selection prosperity.  The words of the Head of state, that people say: «It geldi – gut geldi» («The dog has come – happiness has come»), inspired the people. As the Leader of the nation emphasizes, the Turkmen alabay embodies the inherent features of the people who bred this beautiful breed, its the main features are fearlessness, courage, loyalty and patience.The Head of state also told an old legend that from the moment of birth a person is surrounded by many realities, and it is dogs that awaken good feelings in him, emphasizing that legends arise for a reason. With their devotion and courage, the Alabay have been and still the closest friends of man. The Pre­si­dent of Turk­me­nis­tan Ser­dar Ber­di­mu­ha­me­dov visi­ted an exhi­bi­tion ti­med to coincide with the 14th an­niver­sa­ry of the Union of In­dust­ria­lists and Ent­rep­re­neurs and acquain­ted him­self with the ran­ge of pro­ducts and in­dust­rial goods ma­nu­factu­red by rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the count­ry’s bu­si­ness circles. The develop­ment of the private sector of the na­tio­nal econo­my and sup­port for ent­rep­re­neu­rial ini­tia­tives are among the prio­ri­ties of the sta­te po­licy. In this con­text, gui­ded by best practices, par­ticular im­por­tance is at­tached to strengt­he­ning the po­si­tion of ent­rep­re­neurs­hip in the structu­re of the na­tio­nal econo­my, which opens up broad pros­pects for Turk­men bu­si­ness­men to achieve great re­sults in various fields, inclu­ding the sphe­re of the pro­ducti­on of fo­od and ot­her goods.

Sitting of the cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov conducted via the digital system a sitting of the Cabinet of Ministers, at which issues related to the approval of the new composition of the Government, current issues of the state life and drafts of some documents were discussed. After announcing the agenda, the head of state issued the Decree “On approval of the composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan”, which included 9 Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, 17 ministers and 20 heads of sectoral departments.

As is known, on the 12th of March according to the results of the President elections held openly, clearly and wide contest on the basis the national law and in accordance with international legal rules Serdar Berdimuhamedov was elected to the post of the President who received numerous votes. The So­lemn Cere­mo­ny of the Inau­gu­ra­tion of the Pre­si­dent of Turk­me­nis­tan On March 19, at the Ru­hiyet Pa­lace in the capi­tal city, a so­lemn cere­mo­ny of the inau­gu­ra­tion of the new­ly elected Pre­si­dent of Turk­me­nis­tan was held. This day will go down in the his­to­ry of our in­de­pen­dent neut­ral Mot­her­land as a special mi­les­to­ne, mar­king the ir­rever­si­bi­li­ty of the de­mocra­tic trans­for­ma­tions la­unched in our count­ry, which has cen­tu­ries-old tra­di­tions of ge­nui­ne de­mocracy. On March 15, the he­ad of Turk­me­nis­tan Gurbanguly Ber­di­mu­ha­me­dov con­ducted an exten­ded sit­ting of the Cabi­net of Mi­nis­ters and the Sta­te Securi­ty Council, at which the re­sults of the most im­por­tant socio-po­li­tical event in the count­ry, the elections of the Pre­si­dent of the count­ry, held on an al­ter­na­tive ba­sis, we­re con­si­de­red. Af­ter an­nouncing the agen­da, the na­tio­nal lea­der gave the floor to the Chair­man of the Cent­ral Com­mis­sion for Elections and Re­fe­ren­da in Turk­me­nis­tan G.
