Following the tradition, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov attended the New Year’s performance at the Main New Year’s Tree of the country, installed in the square in front of the Älem Cultural and Entertainment Centre.

There, a bright festive celebration involving young citizens of Turkmenistan took place in one of the most picturesque parts of the white-marble city of Ashgabat, at the foot of the majestic snow-capped Kopetdag Mountains.
