Digital Banking: Innovative Approach and Progressive Solutions

The Halkbank Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of Turkmenistan has developed and introduced a new system – Digital Credit. The innovative system provides for remote customer service via the Internet, including the creation of benefits using a digital system in obtaining loans for citizens. The entire process of applying for a consumer loan takes place online using a special mobile application. In addition, the full automation of the innovative system allows checking the client’s credit history and determining the maximal loan amount in a matter of seconds, facilitating both borrowing and loan repayment. The received credit funds are credited to a bank card, which in turn directly contributes to an increase in the volume of non-cash payments in the country.

It should be noted that large-scale work on the widespread use of the digital system in sectors of the economy of our country, including the banking sphere, is being successfully carried out. And here, using innovative technologies, it is especially important to improve the quality of banking services and to expand their range. Today, the country's banking sector has entered a trajectory of progressive and, at the same time, rapid development. The consistent implementation of banking innovations not only increases the volume of net profit of credit institutions, but also leads to an even more rational use of the time of every citizen of our country.
