This year, the theme of which is «The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy», conferences, creative and roundtable meetings, exhibitions and concerts are held all over the country and abroad to mark the birth anniversary of the outstanding Turkmen poet, philosopher and thinker.

Avaza national tourism zone, Turkmenistan. It is a favourite place of recreation for local people and numerous tourists. This marble coastal area in a modern style is located on the Caspian seashore of Turkmenistan. In June 2009, the opening ceremony of the first modern facilities took place in Avaza. In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, Turkmenistan remains committed to the high humanistic principles of the Turkmen people and promotes cooperation in youth policy aimed at strengthening the scientific and educational potential of the younger generation, ensuring environmental security, protecting the environment and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the younger generation and the people of the country. In the Year «Fount of the Wisdom Magtymguly Pyragy», special attention is paid to the health of the younger generation at the state level. Hero-Arkadag says, «The state continuously takes care of the harmonious development of children and the protection and improvement of their health, and these principles are the priority aspects of the state policy». Guided by the wise statements of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, the country continuously takes care of the harmonious and healthy growth and development of the younger generation. PRINCIPLES OF NEUTRALITY IN POEMS BY MAGTYMGULY PYRAGY

Magtymguly, who dedicated his talent to serving enduring universal values, is one of the significant figures in the spiritual and intellectual global processes. The great Turkmen poet and thinker Magtymguly Pyragy dreamed of building a secular, jural and democratic state for the Turkmen people. After Turkmenistan gained independence in 1991 following the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Turkmen people chose the path of neutrality rooted in their centuries-old traditions and way of life as the foundations of the domestic and foreign policies. The policy of neutrality of Turkmenistan is characterised by such principles as good neighbourliness, mutual understanding, peacefulness, non-interference in the internal affairs of states, non-participation in military alliances and blocs and resolution of international issues through political and diplomatic means. After Turkmenistan gained independence, the Turkmen people chose the policy of permanent positive neutrality as the basis of the domestic and foreign policies. This policy underlies national development, and its practice over the years of independence has convincingly shown the full conformity of the Turkmen model of neutrality to the long-term national interests.
