On June 29, 2023, the opening ceremony of the first stage of the famous throughout the world, «smart» and «green» Arkadag city, also known as «smart-city», was written in golden letters in the history of our beloved Motherland. At the joint meeting of the Government and the State Security Council of Turkmenistan, the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov presented the book «Arkadag City — a City of the Future» about this wonderful city, which has no equal in the region and was built on the basis of the rules of the «smart» city concept for the first time in the experience of Turkmenistan. He also told us the good news about the publication of the new book of our Hero Arkadag called «The Continuation of the Meaning of My Life». In this deeply thought-provoking book, our National Leader states: «...a person who is a precious treasure of the society can become better and be improved through a book. Another clear wisdom of the book is that every book we read takes us one step higher». We will not deviate from the truth if we say that these wonderful books, which are gifted with wise lines and deep meaning, will further improve the fate of the entire Turkmen people.
This book describes 336 modern and «smart» buildings that were built and put into use in the first phase of the city in details. The content of the book is enriched by the presence of photographs revealing the day and night beauty of these unique and unusual buildings, which amaze the viewer. Also, the rich information about the «smart» city is presented in this new book in three languages, and it shows that it is intended not only for our Turkmen people, but also for the peoples of the world.
