In the panorama of the events of the past days, the fruits of the state policy in the field of the development of friendship and cooperation of Turkic culture were brightly highlighted. The presentation on June 28 by the Secretary General of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World, who had arrived in our country to participate in the celebrations on the occasion of the opening of the city of Arkadag, to the President of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov of the medal “For Outstanding Services to the Turkic World” was evidence of the recognition of the merits of Arkadagly Serdar in the development of Turkic culture. It fills our hearts with special pride that on the same day, the Secretaries General of the International Organisation of Turkic Culture and the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World awarded the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov with the highest award of the organisation “Order of TURKSOY” and the medal “For Outstanding Services to the Turkic World” of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World.
The strengthening of fraternal relations with the member countries of TURKSOY is attached a special importance in the foreign-policy strategy of the Turkmen state.
