Festive Events Held in the Capital City and Velayats

On May 18, our independent neutral country celebrates a double holiday – the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the celebrations held at the Constitution Monument and the Main Flagpole in the capital city on the occasion of this significant date of the national calendar.
