Cognitive disorders in posttraumatic encephalopathy

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is regarded as one of the most important problems in clinical neurology. The consequences of a previous brain injury are both a medical and a social problem [2, 4]. The aim of the study is to establish the clinical features of cognitive impairment in post-traumatic encephalopathy of varying severity.

The protection of human health – the highest value of society and the state – is one of the priorities of the state policy, which implies the solution of a wide range of tasks, such as the prevention and treatment of diseases, the increase in the social security of the population, the establishment of the principles of a healthy lifestyle and the guaranteeing of the healthy development of citizens of all age categories, especially young people.
