These days, when the XXXVIII Meeting of the Railway General Directors Conference of the member states of the Organisation for Cooperation between Railways was held in the capital of our country, which is of particular importance in the context of the fact that Turkmenistan takes an active position in the development of transport and transit corridors, including the matters of interaction with major international organisations, a parallel involuntarily arises with the Third Antalya Diplomatic Forum that took place not so long ago in Türkiye. Speaking at the forum, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the key topics and problems of the global order and also proposed approaches and methods for solving them. In particular, the Hero-Arkadag clearly formulated the idea that countries with economies in transition should give an impetus to a sustainable world order, which requires a certain restructuring, introducing new principles and tasks into it.

Addressing international financial and economic institutions, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated Turkmenistan was open for negotiations and was ready to provide all favourable conditions for participation in the implementation of national and international projects.
