The book ‘Ýaşlar – Watanyň daýanjy’ by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov became a valuable guide for the Turkmen people. The literary work is dedicated to the youth and their future tasks. This fact indicates that Turkmenistan has great trust in the younger generations, who are the builders of the great future.

The noble principles of our ancestors form the basis of the state youth policy. Education of young people based on the spiritual values of our ancestors, such as patriotism and honesty, sustainable development and environment protection are the priorities of the state youth policy. That is why 2023 was declared the year ‘Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar’ and had special significance. Impressive work has been implemented to emphasize the role of young people in the state and public life, their responsibilities and improvement. The Strategy for International Cooperation of the Youth of Turkmenistan for 2023–2030 opened new opportunities in this field on the global arena.
