To date, atherosclerosis and associated diseases are the main cause of disability and high mortality in most countries of the world [2].

A number of patients with coronary heart disease have sharply increased the level of total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoproteins (LDL), and also the concentration of high-density lipoproteins (HDL) [3]. This makes it necessary to develop fundamentally new indicators to assess the development of atherosclerotic process and/or factors affecting it, especially in the early stages.
