The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who had arrived in Samarkand to participate as a guest of honour in the Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), met with the Secretary-General of this international organisation Zhang Ming.

After exchanging warm greetings, the President of Turkmenistan thanked the organisers of the SCO Summit for the invitation to take part in the important and representative meeting as a guest of honour, emphasising that was viewed as a sign of high respect for Turkmenistan and the neutral policy of our country.
