Mulberry has a number of advantages, it is used in the production of sugar, citric acid and vinegar. The high content of biologically active substances determines the therapeutic effects of mulberry. We have carried out biochemical studies of white and black mulberry leaves.

The aim of the work is to determine the macro- and microelement composition of white and black mulberries.
