Ogulabat Berdimuhamedova, the mother of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag and grandmother of President Arkadagly Serdar passed away at the age of 86 in the holy month of Ramadan. The Turkmen people took this sad news with deep sorrow.
