The Turkmen youth earned great trust in our epoch. That trust is evident in all spheres of life nowadays. The fact that 2023 was declared the year ‘Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar’ strengthened that trust and consigned the development of our country to the younger generations.

Based on the proposal of the people, 2023 was declared the year ‘Happy Youth with Arkadag Serdar’. This fact indicates strength, unity, stability, peace and new dynamic development for the younger generations. As is known, cooperation for the benefit of the youth has reached new level. The adoption of the Strategy for International Cooperation of the Youth of Turkmenistan for 2023–2030, approved by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan and aimed at the development of the international youth cooperation based on the national laws and international agreements, was a significant event in this context.
