President of Turkmenistan takes part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the Monument of Neutrality
On the occasion of the glorious holiday, celebrations were held throughout the country, the focus of which was the capital city. Here, with the participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, a ceremony of laying flowers was held at the Monument of Neutrality embodying the triumph of the high fundamental principles of the Turkmen people – peaceableness, good-naturedness and humanism. In the Congratulatory Address of the head of state to the people of independent neutral Turkmenistan, it is noted that the policy of peace and trust we are pursuing is the basis of international security, stability and development. In a short time, our country has accumulated valuable experience in establishing partnerships with members of the world community and leading international organisations that are aimed at ensuring peace, global security and sustainable development and are based on the principles of friendship, mutual respect and trust and on the coordination of international efforts.
