This concept is especially valuable for the Turkmen youth, who are the descendants of the people, exchanging the dromedary camel for a book. The fact that the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov himself, contributed the works of art that enrich our spiritual world and add beauty to the appearance of our external world increases the value of this concept even more than before.
