The role of early detection of cervical pathology in women of reproductive age

Ogulsheker ANNAGYLYJOVAMother and child health care scientific-clinical center Malignant neoplasms of the cervix (CC) do not arise “de novo” in most patients, but develop against the background of progression of precancerous lesions of the cervix [2]. To diagnose cervical diseases, women need to undergo diagnostic procedures: morphological analysis of a biopsy, which is the main examination for diagnosing of precancerous conditions and diseases of the cervix [6].

Results of surgical treatment of congenital anorectal malformations in children and postoperative rehabilitation measures

Tazegul SARYYEVA, Toyly MENLIYEV, Gulbahar GELDIYEVA, Juma JUMAYEVMother and child health care educational-scientific center of TSMU named after M. Garryyev The only effective method of treating congenital anorectal malformations is surgical intervention. Currently, as a result of the use of high-tech equipment, the cosmetic results of radical treatment can be considered satisfactory, but the functional indicators remain low. In the postoperative period, neoanus stenosis develops in 30%, and fecal incontinence of II-III degrees occurs in 75% as a result of insufficiency of neoanus muscle sphincter [2, 3].

Garryyev, Hospital with scientific-clinical center of cardiology, sanatorium “Bagabat” Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) remain the leading cause of death in most economically developed countries. Arterial hypertension (AH) being one of the main factors that has a great influence on the development and progression of CVD, remains a very important medical and social problem. Sanatorium-resort treatment plays an important role in the prevention of CVD and rehabilitation of patients with these diseases. Considering the wide opportunities created in the sanatorium and resort system of the country, in the national strategies for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases, special attention is paid to sanatorium and resort treatment [1].

The importance of corn silk in the complex treatment of urolithiasis

Jeyhun YAZYYEVDepartment of facultative surgery with a course of urology of TSMU named after M. Garryyev Urolithiasis is the main problem of modern urology; it ranks second in frequency after pyelonephritis among urological diseases. It is known that in folk medicine for the treatment of urolithiasis, the use of corn silk is of great importance. Products made from corn silk have diuretic, choleretic, hemostatic and hypoglycemic properties [3].

Frequency of ovarian pathologies in women of reproductive age

One of the most urgent problems of modern gynecology is the timely diagnosis of benign, borderline and malignant ovarian tumors, especially in women of reproductive age [2]. Taking into account a wide range of morphological manifestations of ovarian tumors and frequent unfavorable outcome of this pathology, an issue of diagnosis verification, the need to predict dynamics of the course of a disease and risk of possible complications remains relevant. The aim of the work is to study the frequency of ovarian pathologies in women of reproductive age.

Functional state of cardiovascular system of athletes

On the basis of achieving sportsmanship and its growth there are adaptive processes occurring in the athlete's body [7]. Depending on the features of functional adaptation system, its complexity, level of development and functional state of the systems included in it, a general strategy of adaptation to physical activity is formed, which has different effectiveness depending on the type of activity [3]. The aim of the work is to identify adaptive and reserve capabilities of cardiovascular system of athletes of various sports.

Interrelation of nutritional status and adaptive capabilities of pregnant women

During pregnancy, a woman's body undergoes transformations aimed at creating a harmonious relationship between the organisms of the mother and the developing fetus, the severity of which depends on the duration of pregnancy and fetal body weight [1, 6]. In this regard, the interest of researchers in the problem of functional state of the body of pregnant women in relation to the nature of nutrition has increased significantly recently [9, 10]. The aim of the work is to identify the influence of nutritional status on the adaptive capabilities of female body during pregnancy.

Evaluation of corneal epithelium regeneration in the treament of keratitis using plasma in combination with a bandage lens

Diseases of the cornea of eyeball remain one of the leading causes of vision loss, blindness, and death of the eye. The difficulty and in most cases ineffectiveness of the therapy determines the urgency of the problem of corneal regeneration under the influence of various factors on the corneal. One of the leading roles in the healing of the cornea is played by its anterior epithelium. In recent years, as a result of studies of regeneration mechanisms and possible ways to control it, relatively new methods of treating inflammatory, dystrophic and ulcerative lesions of this eye structure have appeared, including the use of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) [6, 8]. The possibility of using platelet- and leukocyte-rich plasma (PLRP), representing a newer generation of platelet concentrates, is being studied [9].

Effeciency index of antiatherogenic therapy

To date, atherosclerosis and associated diseases are the main cause of disability and high mortality in most countries of the world [2]. A number of patients with coronary heart disease have sharply increased the level of total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoproteins (LDL), and also the concentration of high-density lipoproteins (HDL) [3]. This makes it necessary to develop fundamentally new indicators to assess the development of atherosclerotic process and/or factors affecting it, especially in the early stages.

The effectiveness of corneal collagen cross-linking with photorefractive keratectomy in initial primary keratoectasia

Early diagnosis and treatment of keratoconus (KC) and the second most common form of keratoectasia – pellucid marginal degeneration (PMD), are an important problem in ophthalmology, since the disease is more often manifested in adolescence, predominates in young able–bodied individuals and often leads to blindness and visual disability [1, 6, 8]. Currently, a new method of treating these pathologies is the method of cross-linking of corneal collagen (CCL) [1, 12, 13]. The least traumatic, safe, highly predictable of them is photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) in combination with CCL [3-5, 11]. The aim of the work is to study the clinical efficacy and safety of photorefractive keratectomy and cross-linking of corneal collagen in the correction of ametropia in initial primary keratectasias.

The relationship of adaptive and reserve capabilities of the cardiovascular system of the body of medical university students with stereotypes of eating behavior

Nutrition, together with physical activity, is one of the elements of everyday behavior that forms human health [11]. Mental and physical performance, intelligence, memory depend on the quality of nutrition, and the younger the body, the more significant this dependence [7]. The aim of the work is to reveal the influence of various eating behavior stereotypes on the functionality of the cardiovascular system of the body of medical university students.

The role of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of staghorn renal stones

One of the most severe types of urolithiasis are staghorn renal stones. With the introduction of new high-tech methods, such as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), contact ureterolithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (PCNL), great strides have been made in the treatment of nephrolithiasis.

Peculiarities of blood circulation in the kidneys in the syndrome of habitual fetal loss in women with hypertensive disorders

The issues of prevention of perinatal diseases and mortality are one of the main problems of modern obstetrics (Batrak N.V., Malyshkina A.I., Kroshkina N.V., 2015). During pregnancy, hypertensive disorders (HD) occur in about 10% of women [4, 6]. Kidneys of a woman during pregnancy, due to the excretion of fetal metabolic products, work with an increased load [3]. An increase in the volume of circulating blood and blood circulation leads to a change in the nitrogen excretion function of kidneys. Inadequate hemodynamic adaptation of maternal organism to the conditions that arise during pregnancy can lead to hypertensive disorders [4].

The results of surgical treatment of congenital hernia of the spinal cord in children

Spinal cord herniation in children is one of the difficult to treat and complex congenital malformations in newborns, which accounts for 65% of all congenital malformations of the central nervous system. The only treatment for congenital spinal cord herniation (CSCH) is surgical intervention, which is carried out taking into account the age of a child, location of hernia, size of spinal defect, and degree of hydrocephalus.
