The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Honorary Elder Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip to the city of Arkadag. There, the Hero-Arkadag acquainted himself with the drawings and locations of future buildings and the models of new facilities, planned for construction within the framework of the second stage, and conducted a working meeting.

Currently, work on the further development of the city of Arkadag is underway. This causes a change in the architectural look of the new city in accordance with the requirements of the time. A large-scale urban planning programme, initiated by the Hero-Arkadag and now being implemented under the leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, is being successfully carried out.
