Healthcare is the most important sphere of life of our state and society. Its importance is difficult to overestimate, since the dynamic and progressive socioeconomic development of the country is possible only in conditions of a decent life for its citizens, when concern for the health of the people is a fundamental principle. It is these principles and values that underlie the policy laid down by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and being successfully implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The health of every citizen of the country is part of national heritage. This thesis reflects the main principle of the consistently implemented reforms in the domestic healthcare and the Saglyk State Programme, developed by Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov that received the status of a strategic and socially-oriented state programme.
