The only effective method of treating congenital anorectal malformations is surgical intervention. Currently, as a result of the use of high-tech equipment, the cosmetic results of radical treatment can be considered satisfactory, but the functional indicators remain low. In the postoperative period, neoanus stenosis develops in 30%, and fecal incontinence of II-III degrees occurs in 75% as a result of insufficiency of neoanus muscle sphincter [2, 3].
