In the era of the Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state, the programmes aimed at developing our country, creating an innovative economy and digitizing all systems are being implemented successfully under the wise leadership of the President. The transition to a digital economy has allowed improving the efficiency of all sectors through using information technologies to introduce advanced methods in public administration.

The esteemed President of Turkmenistan notes that “Systematic work should continue to safeguard and recognize the results of the research and intellectual activities of our scientists abroad and at the international level.” Currently, Turkmenistan is transitioning to a digital economy in accordance with the Concept of Digital Economy Development in 2019-2025. To ensure the implementation of the tasks envisaged in this Concept and develop a high-tech and competitive digital economy through the wide introduction of digital systems in the sectors of the national economy, the State Programme on Digital Economy Development for 2021-2025 and the Action Plan were adopted.
