Peculiarities of blood circulation in the kidneys in the syndrome of habitual fetal loss in women with hypertensive disorders

The issues of prevention of perinatal diseases and mortality are one of the main problems of modern obstetrics (Batrak N.V., Malyshkina A.I., Kroshkina N.V., 2015). During pregnancy, hypertensive disorders (HD) occur in about 10% of women [4, 6].

Kidneys of a woman during pregnancy, due to the excretion of fetal metabolic products, work with an increased load [3]. An increase in the volume of circulating blood and blood circulation leads to a change in the nitrogen excretion function of kidneys. Inadequate hemodynamic adaptation of maternal organism to the conditions that arise during pregnancy can lead to hypertensive disorders [4].
