Turkmen football club Arkadag advanced to the final stage of the 2024–2025 AFC Challenge League (Asian Football Confederation). Our team played the group stage games in the West Zone, which were held in Kuwait, and took the first place in Group B. They will continue competing for the main trophy of the tournament in the group stage games next spring.

We should note that the current champion of the Turkmenistan Premier League, established last spring, is performing on the international sports arena for the first time and has gained such a significant achievement. Vladimir Bayramov’s squad won two group matches – vs Maziya from the Maldives (2-1) and Kyrgyz Abdysh-Ata (2-0) and lost the duel with the hosts of the tournament – Al-Arabi SC (2-3).
