The Regulation of the Competition

Our Independent, permanently Neutral state of Turkmenistan is famous for its beautiful tourist areas, cultural values and beauty. The competition is held in order to spread the artistic value of beautiful places, historical and cultural monuments, various purpose-built buildings and cultural recreation zones of our country that add beauty to the capital city and regional centres. Competitions held in this field help to increase the creative inspiration of journalists and creative workers.
