It is not without reason that we take these wonderful lines of Garajaoglan, a great Turkmen classic poet, who was born in our dear land, but lived in Turkey for his family, as the starting point for our political thinking. As the core of our conversation was related to the content of Turkmen-Turkish friendship and the political event that sparked the whole world - the Third Antalya Diplomacy Forum, these lines of the classic Turkmen poet were reflected as a very appropriate preface for our article.

«Who has a friend, there is a degree» and «Who has a friend, he has a worship» proverbs were created by our people, having passed the test of time of centuries and government, finding and combing in the womb of the calculation table called life. The participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council) of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in the third Antalya Forum, became one of the most significant events in the history of Turkmen-Turkish relations. During the third Antalya Forum, our Hero-Arkadag congratulated the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his 70th birthday, and also informed that the Leader of the fraternal Turkish state was awarded the title of the «Honourable Elder» of Turkmenistan for his excellent work in strengthening friendly relations between the peoples of the two countries. In his turn, the President of the Republic of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, also expressed his heartfelt words for the high honor given to our Hero- Arkadag and Hero-Arkadag Serdar.
