First of all, let me thank the editorial board of the Renmin Rìbao (People’s Daily) Newspaper for inviting to speak from its pages on the eve of my state visit to the People’s Republic of China. An address to millions of readers of this authoritative and respected periodical, certainly, is of crucial importance and will contribute to mutual understanding between the two countries and strengthening the friendly, fraternal and good-neighbourly Turkmenistan–China relations.
