The Turkmen people, united and solidary in their aspirations, whose life in the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State is illuminated by the inspiration of creation, celebrated the International Day of Neutrality and the 27th anniversary of the adoption by the United Nations General Assembly of the historic Resolution on the permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan with a sense of immense pride.

According to the established good tradition, the main festive events began with a flower-laying ceremony at the Neutrality Monument in the capital, in which President Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part.
