From 4th to 11th September this year, Kazan will host the First Games of the Commonwealth of Independent States. To date, more than two thousand participants have already been announced for the Games, of which about 1500 are athletes (aged 14 to 23) from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan  the official website of the Organizing Committee of the Games informs.
