All of us are proud of the success of the representative of Turkmenistan Polina Guryeva at the Tokyo Olympics. People watched her performance on TV and shared her joy. The raising of the State Flag of Turkmenistan and the awarding of a silver medal made the Turkmen people feel proud. The great work of the President of Turkmenistan on development of the Turkmen sport resulted in this victory and inspired our athletes to win the Olympic medal.

To date, excellent opportunities are created for the development of sports at the institutions of higher education in our country. Students in track suits hold the training sessions at any university. They participate in Universiades and national events on a regular basis. This fact demonstrates that the sports and youth policy put forward by the Turkmen leader is successfully implemented in Turkmenistan. Our students and athletes compete in the international events, raise the State Flag highly and win different medals.
