In the Epoch of Might and Happiness the state policy put forward by our esteemed President on digitalization and technological development of our national economy is the main condition of the innovative development of our country. The measures carried out according to Programs on developing the digital economy in Turkmenistan are aimed at improving the living standards of the population by forming an educated society, creating an information space in all sectors, introducing modern and the most advanced technologies into production, improving the management system, making goods and services available as well as improving their quality.

The Decree of our esteemed President «On Approval of the Conception on Developing of Digital Economy in Turkmenistan for 2019 — 2025» signed on November 30, 2018 opened a wide the way for the introduction of digital technologies in the social system. The digital economy is closely connected with such notions as speed, benefit, thrift. The role of the state in the development of the economy is aimed at two purposes: the first is improving the legal system adapted to new conditions, the second is to create favorable conditions for development of enterprises and companies which implement innovative technologies by following the digital principles of production. As can be seen from the experience of the developed countries of the world, the digital economy helps to accelerate the country’s growth and increase the living standards of the population through the use of digital technologies, as well as the transition to a completely new quality of the national economy. In our developed country, the use of digital technologies has a reliable and wide-ranging potential for further increasing the living standards of the population, as well as for the further strengthening of the national economy.
