The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Honorary Elder Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the city of Arkadag, where he conducted a working meeting with the participation of relevant officials and acquainted himself with the projects of road and transport infrastructure facilities.

Currently, the buildings, institutions and household facilities built there as part of the first stage are functioning properly. This is a vivid indication that at the state level, great importance is attached to the successful implementation of such tasks as the implementation of a large-scale urban development programme, the industrialisation of regions, the development of the national economy on an integrated basis and the ensuring a high environmental level.
