Ilyas Demirci, the Secretary General of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World, arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the celebrations on the occasion of the opening of the city of Arkadag, and presented the President of Turkmenistan with the medal ‘For outstanding services to the Turkic world’. This event inspired the Turkmen people.
