It is known that chronic pyelonephritis most often manifests itself during pregnancy, leads to complications of gestation, an increase in morbidity and mortality among newborns, so the study of the problem of chronic pyelonephritis remains relevant from the standpoint of modern obstetrics and perinatology.

The aim of the work is to evaluate the effectiveness of measures combined with phytotherapy before and during pregnancy in women with chronic pyelonephritis and a history of recurrent miscarriages.
