The democratic principles are increasingly popular in our country. The meeting of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan and public representatives once again demonstrated this fact. As is known, the meeting was held with great enthusiasm to result in creation of a representative body of the people's power – the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan.

Our Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was elected as the Chairman of this structure. This decision was heartily supported by the Turkmen people and the Decree signed by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
