The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who was on a working visit to Kazan, met with the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov.
Upon cordially welcoming the distinguished guest and thanking him for accepting the invitation to visit Kazan to participate in the XVI BRICS Summit, the Rais of Tatarstan emphasised the progressive nature of the relations between Turkmenistan and Tatarstan, based on historically established ties of friendship and actively developing across their entire spectrum.
