An abundance of fresh vegetables and fruit, a wide variety of bakeries and confectioneries, dairy and meat products – it is a given today illustrating the quality of life of the people. At the same time, it is an illustration of the level of the development of the domestic agro-industrial sector. Currently, Turkmenistan not only meets the domestic demands in a wide variety of food products, but also exports them to neighbouring and remote countries. Entrepreneurs make a significant contribution to developing the agro-industrial sector and ensuring an abundant food supply.

Today, we can rightfully say that an abundant food supply is an outcome of the large-scale reforms launched by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and implemented in the period of the Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State under the leadership of our esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
