Celebrations to Mark the Opening and Start of Construction of Energy, Transport, Communications and Logistics Infrastructure Facilities

A new important chapter has been added to the chronicle of the traditionally friendly and good-neighbourly Turkmen-Afghan relations. This is vividly confirmed by the events of historical significance, which specifically embody the constructive political strategy of independent and neutral Turkmenistan, initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and now consistently being implemented by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. Steadily following this constructive course, our country, together with foreign partners, successfully implements large-scale infrastructure projects intended to promote strengthening peace and stability in the regional and global dimensions, deepening the dialogue of friendship and trust and building up fruitful cooperation among states and peoples.
