Tottenham striker Son Heung-min will undergo surgery to stabilise a fracture around his left eye, the football club’s website reports. The South Korea international suffered the injury during the first half of Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League victory at Marseille (2-1). «Following surgery, Son will commence rehabilitation with our medical staff,» the message says. The rehabilitation period for the 30-year-old player is not reported. The striker has scored five goals and provided two assists in Tottenham’s 19 games this season.
