With the participation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Arkadagly Hero Serdar, a sadaqah was given in the Geoktepe Mosque on the occasion of the pilgrimage of Haji Arkadag to the Holy Kaaba. This became a vivid expression of the continuity of centuries-old traditions and family values of the Turkmen people, now developing in the spirit of modernity.

The sadaqah was attended by the leaders of the Mejlis, members of the Government, hyakims of the velayats and the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, heads of security, defence and law-enforcement agencies, ministries and industry departments, members of the Halk Maslahaty, deputies of the Mejlis, heads of diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad, embassies and international structures accredited to our country, heads of the media, imams, honorary elders and grey-haired mothers from the velayats and the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag.
