According to the established good tradition, at the beginning of the New Year, the editorial board of the Neutral Turkmenistan Newspaper opened a column in which the heads of international organisations speak about the most significant joint achievements with national partners in the year 2023 and extend congratulations and best wishes to the Government and people of Turkmenistan.
