Education of the inspired, polite, smart, and patriotic younger generations is a priority of the state policy implemented by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The youth policy, initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and successfully conducted by the President of Turkmenistan, ensures favourable conditions for development of young people, and for education of the physically and mentally healthy individuals. Their intellectual, creative, and spiritual potential is aimed at the benefit of society and country.

The revival of the new epoch of the powerful state is the time when independent, permanently neutral Turkmenistan confidently moves forward on the path of development. This fact is conditioned by the high level of education, scientific research, and wide introduction of innovations in all spheres of life. Young people play a key role in the implementation of the ‘Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State: the National Programme on Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan for 2022–2052’.
