President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Ms. Helga Schmid.

Expressing gratitude for finding time for the meeting, Ms. Helga Schmid presented to the President of Turkmenistan the certificate of accession of Arkadag city to the Project “Development of sustainable, green, climate-friendly cities with innovative solutions in the region of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe” and the certificate “EcoPorts”, awarded to the International Sea Port of Turkmenbashy.
