Improvement of treatment methods of malignant neoplasms of the larynx

Malignant neoplasms of the larynx account for 1–5% of all malignant neoplasms, and 50–60% among malignant neoplasms of the head and neck [1, 7]. The peculiarity of the treatment of malignant neoplasms of the larynx (MNL) is not only in curing the patient from a malignant neoplasm, but also in restoring the respiratory, vocal and protective functions of the larynx.

The aim of the work is to evaluate the results and methods of treatment of malignant neoplasms of the larynx.
